2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on bvd8, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide your real identity and accurate information.
• You may only have one active account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.

2.2 Account Management Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. You are solely responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bvd8 may request a national ID card or other valid document for identity verification at any time. This is necessary to prevent fraud and maintain a safe environment. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until the required verification process is completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Any winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. The current wagering requirement is 25x (twenty-five times).

For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets (৳1,200 × 25) to make it withdrawable. Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If there is evidence that a player or multiple accounts linked to them are abusing bonuses, bvd8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the relevant accounts. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, bvd8 may offer VIP rewards, cashback, and other special offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details. If any conflict arises beyond the general bonus terms, the terms of that specific offer will take precedence.

6.1 Fair Play Guidelines

bvd8 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all players. We use SSL encryption and technology from certified software providers to ensure fair play. The outcome of every game is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Any form of fraud, software hacking, or game manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Playing using prohibited bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, bvd8 will attempt to properly adjust the relevant bet amount. However, bvd8's liability for losses caused by technical issues is limited. Please contact support in such situations.

bvd8 does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared when required by law or for identity verification purposes. SSL encryption is used on our platform to keep your information secure.

bvd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Operating multiple accounts.

In the event of suspension, the valid portion of your balance (if any) will be returned after applicable verification is completed. Bonuses or earned VIP points may be cancelled.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

bvd8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any individual clause of these Terms becomes ineffective or legally void, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully valid.

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first — we believe in reaching a quick and amicable resolution. All complaints submitted to support will be responded to as soon as possible.
